CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy for Rose and Pearl Hair Collective At Rose and Pearl Hair Collective, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client and adjust our schedules accordingly. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice): If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Call/No-Show: In the event of a no-call/no-show, where you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
